2553 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2754 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-229.23, is
2855 amended to read as follows:

3056 Section 1-229.23. Any city or town that enacts and enforces
3157 ordinances prohibiting and penalizing conduct under prov isions of
3258 Section 600.3, 600.4, 600.8 or 600.9 of this title Section 1-229.13,
