25	53		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

27	54		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-229.23, is
28	55		amended to read as follows:

30	56		Section 1-229.23. Any city or town that enacts and enforces
31	57		ordinances prohibiting and penalizing conduct under prov isions of
32	58		Section 600.3, 600.4, 600.8 or 600.9 of this title Section 1-229.13,
33	59		1-229.18, or 1-229.19 of this title or Section 2-8-224 of Title 10A
34	60		of the Oklahoma Statutes shall furnish information requested by the
35	61		ABLE Alcoholic Beverage La ws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission in the
36	62		form, manner and time as may be determined by t he ABLE Commission
37	63		which will allow the ABLE Commission to comply with subsection C of
