63	63	An Act relating to officers; amending 51 O.S. 2021,
64	64	Section 91, which rela tes to officers subject to
65	65	removal; adding officers and employees subject to
66	66	removal; updating statutory reference ; and providing

71	71	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
72	72	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 51 O.S. 2021, Section 91, is
73	73	amended to read as follows:
74	74	Section 91. All state officers not subject to impeachment under
75	75	Section 1, Article 8 of the Oklahoma Constitution, and all county,
76	76	city, and municipal, and school board officers to include those
77	77	elected and those serving in appointed or hired po sitions including
78	78	but not limited to school sup erintendents and assistants, city
79	79	managers and deputy county commissioners may, in addition to the
80	80	methods now and causes provided by law, be removed from office as
81	81	herein provided.
82	82	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
