5344 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOM A:
5445 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5546 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 427.18a of Title 63, unless
5647 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5748 A. The Executive Director of the Oklahoma Medi cal Marijuana
5849 Authority shall promulgate rules to li mit the tetrahydrocannabinol
5950 (THC) serving size of edible medical marijuana products sold in
6051 medical marijuana dispensaries. The serving sizes imposed by such
6152 rules shall be at the discretion of the Executive Director;
62-provided, that the limits do not exceed one thousand milligrams
53+provided, that the limits do not exceed:
54+1. One thousand milligrams (1,000 mg) delta-9
55+tetrahydrocannabinol per package for edible medical marijuana
56+products;
57+2. Five milligrams (5 mg) of delta-8 tetrahydrocannabinol or
58+any other tetrahydrocannabinol isomer or analogue that occurs

87+3. An action level of 1.0 parts per million (0.0001%) of any
88+tetrahydrocannabinol isomer, t etrahydrocannabinol a nalogue, or any
89+other cannabinoid that does not occur naturally in cannabis per
90+package for edible medical marijuana products. A list of such
91+compounds may be established at the discre tion of the Executive
92+Director.
9293 B. A licensed medical marijuan a dispensary shall not sell an y
9394 edible medical marijuana product that exceeds the THC per package
9495 limits imposed in this section.
9596 C. For medical marijuana patients eighteen (18) years of age o r
9697 younger, the Executive Director may impose further limits on THC per
9798 serving in edible medi cal marijuana products. No dispensaries shall
9899 be allowed to sell any medical marijuana product for the use of
99100 vaping to any medical marijuana patient eighteen (18 ) years of age
100101 or younger.
101102 D. The Executive Director shall establish rules that require
102103 dispensaries to provide educational efforts to patients regarding
103104 potency, dosing, and pharma cological impacts pertaining to usage and
104105 consumption of medical marijuana and medical marijuana product s.
105106 SECTION 2. This act shall beco me effective January 1, 2025.
