| 75 | 75 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 76 | 76 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 77 | 77 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as S ection 162.7 of Title 56, unless there | |
| 78 | 78 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 79 | 79 | Not later than January 1, 2024, the Department of Human Services | |
| 80 | 80 | shall reopen all county or regional offices closed on or after May | |
| 81 | 81 | 1, 2020, that were operating prior to that date. If the property | |
| 82 | 82 | where an office was located has been sold or leased, the Department | |
| 83 | 83 | shall open an office as close as possible to that loca tion, and in | |
| 84 | 84 | no event shall the new office be located outside of a ten-mile | |
| 85 | 85 | radius from the previous location. | |
