7575 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7676 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7777 in the Oklahoma Statutes as S ection 162.7 of Title 56, unless there
7878 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
7979 Not later than January 1, 2024, the Department of Human Services
8080 shall reopen all county or regional offices closed on or after May
8181 1, 2020, that were operating prior to that date. If the property
8282 where an office was located has been sold or leased, the Department
8383 shall open an office as close as possible to that loca tion, and in
8484 no event shall the new office be located outside of a ten-mile
8585 radius from the previous location.
