142 | 231 | have oversight and auditing responsibilities to ensure that all | |

145 | 233 | D. Only a licensed medical marijuana dispensary may conduct | |
146 | 234 | retail sales of marijuana or marijuana derivatives. Beginning on | |
147 | 235 | the effective date of this act November 1, 2021, licensed medical | |

162 | 275 | package. Provided, such prohibition shall not preclude an employee | |
163 | 276 | of the medical marijuana dispensary from handling loose or | |
164 | 277 | nonpackaged medical marijuana t o be placed in packag ing consistent | |
165 | 278 | with the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act and | |
166 | 279 | the rules promulgated by the Authority for the packaging of medical | |
167 | 280 | marijuana for retail sale. Provided, further , such prohibition | |
168 | 281 | shall not prevent a m edical marijuana disp ensary from displaying | |
169 | 282 | samples of its medical marijuana in separate display cases, jars or | |
170 | 283 | other containers and allowing medical marijuana patient licensees | |
171 | 284 | and caregiver licensees the ability to handle or smell the various | |

232 | 382 | dispensary, a licensed medical marijuana commercial grower or a | |
233 | 383 | licensed medical marijuana processor. If the federal government | |
234 | 384 | lifts restrictions on buying and selling marijuana be tween states, | |
235 | 385 | then a licensed medical ma rijuana commercial gr ower would be allowed | |
236 | 386 | to sell and buy marijuana wholesale from, or to, an out -of-state | |
