104 | 102 | | C. The Commission shall be composed of twenty-five (25) |

108 | 106 | | and documentation of the history of Latino communities |

256 | 251 | | property of the Commission shall transfer to the Oklahoma Historical |
---|
257 | 252 | | Society. |

258 | 253 | | J. No later than March 1, 2024, the Com mission shall |

259 | 254 | | electronically submit a report to the Governor, President Pr o |

260 | 255 | | Tempore of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of |

---|
300 | 294 | | for the Oklahoma Historical Society to be designated the |
---|
301 | 295 | | “Semiquincentennial Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a con tinuing |
---|
302 | 296 | | fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of |
---|
303 | 297 | | all monies received from legislative appropriations, private |
---|
304 | 298 | | donations, gifts, and grants. All monies accruing to the credit of |
---|
305 | 299 | | the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by |
---|
306 | 300 | | the Oklahoma Semiquincentennial Commission for the purposes of the |
---|
307 | 301 | | Commission. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants |
---|
308 | 302 | | issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as pre scribed by |
---|
309 | 303 | | law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise |
---|
310 | 304 | | Services for approval and payment. The Semiquincentennial Revolving |
---|
311 | 305 | | Fund shall sunset on June 30, 2027. Any remaining monies in the |
---|
312 | 306 | | fund shall transfer to the Historical Society Re volving Fund, |
---|
313 | 307 | | created in Section 1.10 of Titl e 53 of the Oklahoma Statutes. |

314 | 308 | | SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation |
---|
315 | 309 | | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby |
---|
316 | 310 | | declared to exist, by reason whereof t his act shall take effect and |
---|
317 | 311 | | be in full force from and after its passage an d approval. |
