47	56		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
48	57		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 70 O.S. 2021, Section 6 -206, is
49	58		amended to read as follows:
50	59		Section 6-206. A. Subject to the availability of funds, the
51	60		The State Board of Education shall provide an annual salary bonus in
52	61		the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) no later than
53	62		January 31 of each year to the f ollowing employees of public school
54	63		districts:
55		-	1. Any school psychologist who has been designated as a
56		-	Nationally Certified School Psychologist by the National School
57		-	Psychology Certification Boar d; and

	91	+	1. Any school psychologist who has been designated as a
	92	+	Nationally Certified School Psychologist by the National School
	93	+	Psychology Certification Boar d; and
84	94		2. Any speech-language pathologist or audiologist w ho holds a
85	95		Certificate of Clinical Competence awarded by the American Speech -
86	96		Language-Hearing Association.
87	97		B. The State Board of Education shall adopt rules for the
88	98		provision of the bonus pursuant to this section to include, but not
89	99		be limited to, a proce ss by which a nationally certified school
90	100		psychologist, speech -language pathologist and audiologist may verify
91	101		that:
92	102		1. The individual is still employed by a school distri ct;
93	103		2. The certification required in subsection A of this section
94	104		has been attained and has not lapsed; and
95	105		3. The individual is licensed or certified to practice in this
96	106		state.
97	107		C. An individual who qualifies for the bonus pursuant to this
98	108		section and who is employe d by a school district on less than a
99	109		full-time basis, shall receive a pro-rated bonus based on the
100	110		proportionate equivalency to full -time employment.
101	111		D. No school or school district s hall be liable for payment of
102	112		bonuses pursuant to this section. The bo nus shall not be included
103	113		in the calculation of salary for purposes of meeting the district or
104		-	statutory minimum salary schedule or for purposes of calculating
105		-	Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma contributions or benefits.
106		-	E. The amount of the salary bonus pursuant to subsect ion A of
107		-	this section shall be increased to Se ven Thousand Dollars
