57	54		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLA HOMA:
58	55		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 5060, is
59	56		amended to read as follows:
60	57		Section 5060. A. Where practicable and in accordance with
61	58		state and federal law, t he state Medicaid program shall not contract
62	59		with an out-of-state medical provider for treatment that is
63	60		available from one or more provi ders licensed and practicing in the
64	61		State of Oklahoma.
65	62		B. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority sh all not authorize
66	63		payment through the state Medicaid program to an out -of-state

98	94		approval necessary to implement the provisions of this section.
