26	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

28	56		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
29	57		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1363.1 of Title 59, unless there
30	58		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

32	59		The Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists may enter
33	60		into and implement ag reements with other jurisdictions for the
34	61		issuance of a license by reciprocity if the other jurisdiction 's
35	62		requirements for licensure are substantially equal to the
36	63		requirements of the Psychologists Licensing Act.

38	64		SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 59 O.S. 2021, Section 1366, is
39	65		amended to read as follows:

41	93		Section 1366. The Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of
42	94		Psychologists may issue a license pursuant to the provisions of the
43	95		Psychologists Licensing Act:

45	96		1. To a qualified applicant who has s uccessfully passed the
46		-	examination prescribed by the ~~B oard~~ and who has paid the fee ~~ENR. H. B. NO. 1345 Page 2~~
	97	+	examination prescribed by the Board and who has paid the fee
47	98		required by the rules promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the
48	99		Psychologists Licensing Act; or

50	100		2. Upon application to the Board and payment of the fees
51	101		required by the Board by rules of the Board promulgated pursuant to
52	102		the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act, to any person who
53	103		is a diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology, or
54	104		who holds a current Certificate of Professional Qualification in
55	105		Psychology from the Association of State and Provincial Psychology
56	106		Boards, or who is licensed as a psychologist by a state with whom
57	107		the Board has established a f ormal written agreement of reciprocity .
