1444 2021, Section 3601.1, as last amended by Section 36,

1646 3601.1), which relates to full -time-equivalent

2655 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE O F OKLAHOMA:

2856 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 74 O.S. 2021, Section 3601.1, as
2957 last amended by Section 36, Chapter 29, O.S.L. 2023 (74 O.S. Supp.
3058 2023, Section 3601.1), is amended to read as follows:

3259 Section 3601.1 A. For purposes of Sectio ns 3601.1 through 3603
3360 of this title, the term "employee" means a full -time employee or any
3461 number of part-time employees whose combined weekly hours of
3562 employment equal those of a full -time employee, but sha ll not
3663 include temporary employees working on a seasonal basis between May
3764 1 and October 31.
