453 | 442 | | pension benefit plan for all losses, costs a nd expenses, including |
---|
454 | 443 | | reasonable attorney fees, associated with defending a gainst any |
---|
455 | 444 | | claim or suit related to any provision of this act. |
---|
456 | 445 | | SECTION 8. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified |
