29	67		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1 -106.2, is
30	68		amended to read as f ollows:

32	69		Section 1-106.2 A. By January 1, 1999, the The State Board

51	110		SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
52	111		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 5071 of Title 63, unless there
53	112		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

55	113		The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall establish and maintain
56	114		for providers of Medicaid services:

58	115		1. A provider enrollment and credentialing process for
59	116		providers who receive fee-for-service reimbursement under the state
60	117		Medicaid program; and

62	118		2. A single consolidat ed provider enrollment and credentialing
63	119		process, in accordance with subsection D of Section 4002.4 of Title
64	120		56 of the Oklahoma Statutes and 42 C.F.R., Section 438.214 , for

	250	+	B. Any entity requiring credentials verification may require
	251	+	supplemental information.
	252	+	C. Notwithstanding any other p rovision in this section, the
	253	+	Oklahoma Health Care Author ity, as the single state agency for
	254	+	Medicaid, shall establish and maintain for providers of Medicaid
	255	+	services:
	256	+	1. A streamlined provider enroll ment and credentialing process
	257	+	for any Medicaid fee-for-service delivery system; and
	258	+	2. A single consolidated provider enrollment and credentialing
	259	+	process for a managed care delivery system in accordance with
	260	+	subsection D of Section 4002.4 of Title 56 of the Oklahoma Statutes
	261	+	and 42 C.F.R., Section 438.214.
	262	+	SECTION 5. This act shall bec ome effective November 1, 2023.
