250+B. Any entity requiring credentials verification may require
251+supplemental information.
252+C. Notwithstanding any other p rovision in this section, the
253+Oklahoma Health Care Author ity, as the single state agency for
254+Medicaid, shall establish and maintain for providers of Medicaid
255+services:
256+1. A streamlined provider enroll ment and credentialing process
257+for any Medicaid fee-for-service delivery system; and
258+2. A single consolidated provider enrollment and credentialing
259+process for a managed care delivery system in accordance with
260+subsection D of Section 4002.4 of Title 56 of the Oklahoma Statutes
261+and 42 C.F.R., Section 438.214.
262+SECTION 5. This act shall bec ome effective November 1, 2023.
