48	61		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
49	62		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
50	63		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 461 of Title 10, unless there is
51	64		created a duplication in numbering, re ads as follows:
52	65		A. Any employee who is employed by a child care facility
53	66		licensed pursuant to the Oklahoma Child Care Facilities Licensing
54	67		Act shall have household income exempted fro m consideration when
55		-	eligibility is determined for the Child Care Subsid y Program
56		-	administered by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.
57		-	B. When an employee who is employed by a licensed child care
58		-	facility leaves employment of the licensed provider, the provider

	95	+	eligibility is determined for the Child Care Subsid y Program
	96	+	administered by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.
	97	+	B. When an employee who is employed by a licensed child care
	98	+	facility leaves employment of the licensed provider, the provider
85	99		shall provide written notice to the Department of Human Ser vices
86	100		that the employee is no longer employed within thirty (30) days .
87	101		C. Other than the income exemption pursuant to subsection A and
88	102		the reporting requirements pursuant to subsecti on B of this section,
89	103		all other conditions of eligibility for the Child Care Subsidy
90	104		Program located in the Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC ) must be
91	105		followed.
92	106		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
