4861 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
4962 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5063 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 461 of Title 10, unless there is
5164 created a duplication in numbering, re ads as follows:
5265 A. Any employee who is employed by a child care facility
5366 licensed pursuant to the Oklahoma Child Care Facilities Licensing
5467 Act shall have household income exempted fro m consideration when
55-eligibility is determined for the Child Care Subsid y Program
56-administered by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.
57-B. When an employee who is employed by a licensed child care
58-facility leaves employment of the licensed provider, the provider

97+B. When an employee who is employed by a licensed child care
98+facility leaves employment of the licensed provider, the provider
8599 shall provide written notice to the Department of Human Ser vices
86100 that the employee is no longer employed within thirty (30) days .
87101 C. Other than the income exemption pursuant to subsection A and
88102 the reporting requirements pursuant to subsecti on B of this section,
89103 all other conditions of eligibility for the Child Care Subsidy
90104 Program located in the Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC ) must be
91105 followed.
92106 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
