50	59		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	60		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
52	61		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 664.101 of Title 74, unless
53	62		there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
54	63		A. Except as otherwise provided b y this section, any report
55	64		required or authorized by law to be filed with the Governor, the
56	65		Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives or the President
57	66		Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate, separately or in any
58		-	combination, shall be published, in full, on the website maintained
59		-	by or on behalf of the Secretary of State.

	95	+	by or on behalf of the Secretary of State.
86	96		B. Any information contained in reports as described by
87	97		subsection A of this section required to be kept confidential shall
88	98		be excluded or redacted from the version of the report published on
89	99		the website. The entity transmitting a report which has information
90	100		that needs to be excluded or redacted shall include in the
91	101		transmittal document or email an identification of such material,
92	102		such as an appendix, an exhibit or other information . The Secretary
93	103		of State shall be responsible for identification of omitted or
94	104		redacted information and for establishing a consistent and rel iable
95	105		method for modifying reports to avoid prohibited disclosure. The
96	106		Secretary of State shall clearly id entify such reports on it s
97	107		website as containing information omitted or redacted . The website
98	108		maintained by the Secretary of State or the link to the repo rts
99	109		shall be officially designated as the "Oklahoma Reporting
100	110		Transparency Portal".
101	111		C. The Governor, the Sp eaker of the Oklahoma House of
102	112		Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State
103		-	Senate ~~may~~ transmit any report received by any of their respective
	113	+	Senate shall transmit any report received by any of their respective
104	114		offices, or a copy of such report, not later than thirty (30) days
105	115		after its receipt.
106	116		D. For reports required to be filed with any combination of the
107		-	Governor, the Speaker and the President Pro Tempore, the reporting
108		-	entity shall transmit a copy of the report to the Secretary of
109		-	State.
