5059 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5160 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5261 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 664.101 of Title 74, unless
5362 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5463 A. Except as otherwise provided b y this section, any report
5564 required or authorized by law to be filed with the Governor, the
5665 Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives or the President
5766 Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate, separately or in any
58-combination, shall be published, in full, on the website maintained
59-by or on behalf of the Secretary of State.

8696 B. Any information contained in reports as described by
8797 subsection A of this section required to be kept confidential shall
8898 be excluded or redacted from the version of the report published on
8999 the website. The entity transmitting a report which has information
90100 that needs to be excluded or redacted shall include in the
91101 transmittal document or email an identification of such material,
92102 such as an appendix, an exhibit or other information . The Secretary
93103 of State shall be responsible for identification of omitted or
94104 redacted information and for establishing a consistent and rel iable
95105 method for modifying reports to avoid prohibited disclosure. The
96106 Secretary of State shall clearly id entify such reports on it s
97107 website as containing information omitted or redacted . The website
98108 maintained by the Secretary of State or the link to the repo rts
99109 shall be officially designated as the "Oklahoma Reporting
100110 Transparency Portal".
101111 C. The Governor, the Sp eaker of the Oklahoma House of
102112 Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State
103-Senate may transmit any report received by any of their respective

136147 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
