NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 664.101 of Title 74, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A. Except as otherwise provided b y this section, any report required or authorized by law to be filed with the Governor, the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives or the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate, separately or in any combination, shall be published, in full, on the website maintained by or on behalf of the Secretary of State. Any information contained in reports as described by subsection A of this secti on required to be kept confidential shall be excluded or redacted from the version of the report published on the website. The entity transmitting a report which has information that needs to be excluded or redacted shall include in the transmittal document or email an identification of such material, such as an appendix, an exhibit or other information . The Secretary of State shall be responsible for identification of omitted or redacted information and for establishing a consistent and rel iable method for modifying reports to avoid prohibited disclosure. The Secretary of State shall clearly id entify such reports on it s website as containing information omitted or redacted . The website maintained by the Secretary of State or the link to the repo rts shall be officially designated as the "Oklahoma Reporting Transparency Portal". C. The Governor, the Sp eaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate may transmit any report received by any of their respective offices, or a copy of such report, not later than thirty (30) days after its receipt. D. For reports required to be filed with any combination of the Governor, the Speaker and the President Pro Tempore, the reporting entity shall transmit a copy of the report to the Secretary of State.
