49 | 58 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
50 | 59 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
51 | 60 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1011.20 of Title 56, unless | |
52 | 61 | there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
53 | 62 | A. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall seek waivers, and | |
54 | 63 | other federal approvals, that modify the state plan to allow | |
55 | 64 | Medicaid coverage of women for twelve (12) months after the end of a | |
56 | 65 | pregnancy. | |
57 | - | B. If either a woman for the duration of her pregnancy and for | |
58 | - | the postpartum period consisting of the twelve-month period | |
59 | - | beginning on the last day of her pregnancy , or a child under one (1) | |
