NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1011.20 of Title 56, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall seek waivers, and other federal approvals, that modify the state plan to allow Medicaid coverage of women for twelve (12) months after the end of a pregnancy. B. If either a woman for the duration of her pregnancy and for the postpartum period consisting of the twelve-month period beginning on the last day of her pregnancy , or a child under one (1) year of age, is living in a family that has an income that is at or ENGR.
