2451 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOP LE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2652 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1107.2, is
2753 amended to read as follows:

2954 Section 1107.2 A transferor of any of the following vehicles
3055 shall not be required to execute an odometer disclosure statement;

3256 1. A vehicle having a gross vehicle weight rating of more than
3357 sixteen thousand (16,000) pounds;

3558 2. A vehicle that is not self-propelled;

3759 3. A vehicle that is ten (10) years old or older was
3860 manufactured in or before the 20 10 model year;

4061 4. A vehicle manufactured in or after the 2011 mod el year that
4162 is transferred at least twenty (20) years after January 1 of the
4263 calendar year corresponding to its designated model year;
