24	51		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOP LE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

26	52		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1107.2, is
27	53		amended to read as follows:

29	54		Section 1107.2 A transferor of any of the following vehicles
30	55		shall not be required to execute an odometer disclosure statement;

32	56		1. A vehicle having a gross vehicle weight rating of more than
33	57		sixteen thousand (16,000) pounds;

35	58		2. A vehicle that is not self-propelled;
36		-
37	59		3. A vehicle that is ten (10) years old or older was
38	60		manufactured in or before the 20 10 model year;

40	61		4. A vehicle manufactured in or after the 2011 mod el year that
41	62		is transferred at least twenty (20) years after January 1 of the
42	63		calendar year corresponding to its designated model year;

56	98		SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
57	99		of the public peace, h ealth or safety, an emergency is hereby
58	100		declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
59	101		be in full force from and after its passage an d approval.
