26 | 52 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 37A O.S. 2021, Sectio n 6-102.1, is | |

30 | 55 | the Oklahoma Statutes this title, which limits a licensee to serving | |

32 | 57 | licensee may serve a nd deliver tasting flights as follows:. | |

34 | 58 | For purposes of this section, a "tasting flight" means several | |
35 | 59 | samples of various beers, wines or, spirits, mixed beverages, or | |
36 | 60 | cocktails, as defined in Section 7-102 of this title, served at one | |
37 | 61 | time to one person b y the licensee who is authorized to sell and | |
38 | 62 | serve beer, wine or spirits ; provided, the serving is within the | |
