An Act relating to certificates of need; repealing 63
O.S. 2021, Sections 1-880.1, 1-880.2, 1-880.3, 1-
880.4, 1-880.5, 1-880.6, as amended by Section 1,
Chapter 98, O.S.L. 2022, 1-880.7, 1-880.8, 1-880.9,
1-880.10, and 1-880.11 (63 O.S. Supp. 2023, Section
1-880.6), which relate to certificate of need for
psychiatric and chemical dependency facilities; and
declaring an emergency .
SUBJECT: Certificates of need
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Sections 1-880.1, 1-
880.2, 1-880.3, 1-880.4, 1-880.5, 1-880.6, as amended by Section 1,
Chapter 98, O.S.L. 2022 , 1-880.7, 1-880.8, 1-880.9, 1-880.10, and 1-
880.11 (63 O.S. Supp. 2023, Section 1 -880.6), are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereo f this act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
