| 52 | 52 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: |

| 53 | 53 | | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified |

| 54 | 54 | | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2-110 of Title 65, unless there |

| 55 | 55 | | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows : |

| 56 | 56 | | A. The Oklahoma Department of Libraries Board shall utilize |

| 57 | 57 | | funds appropriated by the Legislature for the purpose of funding |
|---|
| 58 | 58 | | relocation, remodeling, and construction pro jects at buildings |
|---|
| 59 | 59 | | maintained by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, specifically The |
|---|
| 60 | 60 | | State Library known as the Allen Wright Memorial L ibrary and the |
|---|
| 61 | 61 | | State Record Center. |

| 91 | 91 | | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023. |

| 92 | 92 | | SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation |

| 93 | 93 | | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby |
|---|
| 94 | 94 | | declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and |
|---|
| 95 | 95 | | be in full force from and after its passage and approval. |
