| 49 | 52 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 50 | 53 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1020.1 of Title 56, unless there | |
| 51 | 54 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 52 | 55 | Beginning July 1, 2023, t he Department of Human Services shall | |
| 53 | 56 | report the following information quarterly to the Oklahoma | |
| 54 | 57 | Legislative Office of Fiscal Transp arency (LOFT) and withi n thirty | |
| 55 | 58 | (30) days after a request has been made in writing by LOFT : | |
| 56 | 59 | 1. Any payments made to providers in the prior fiscal year for | |
| 57 | 60 | home- and community-based services for individuals with intellectual | |
| 58 | 61 | disabilities; and | |
| 59 | - | 2. A strategic plan for serving more individuals with | |
