BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows: There is hereby appropriated to the State Emergency Fund, created pursuant to Section 139.42 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes, from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal yea r ending June 30, 2023, the sum of Fifteen Million Dollars ($15,000,000.00) to be utilized in acc ordance with law. SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be codified in the Okla homa Statutes reads as follows: ENGR. H. B. SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
