27	52		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	53		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
30	54		codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:

32	55		There is hereby appropriated to the State Emergency Fund,
33	56		created pursuant to Section 139.42 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma
34	57		Statutes, from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the
35	58		General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal yea r
36	59		ending June 30, 2023, the sum of Fifteen Million Dollars
37	60		($15,000,000.00) to be utilized in acc ordance with law.

39	61		SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be

42	89		There is hereby appropriated to the State Assistance Dedicated
43	90		for Disaster-impacted Local Economies Revolving F und, created
44	91		pursuant to Enrolled House Bill No. 2912 of the 2nd Session of the
45	92		59th Oklahoma Legislature, from any monies not otherwise

	93	+	appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for
47	94		the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, the sum of Thirty Million
48	95		Dollars ($30,000,000.00) to be utilized in accordance with law.

50	96		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
51	97		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
52	98		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
53	99		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
