5752 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5853 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
5954 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
6055 This act shall be known and may be cited as "Lauria and Ashley's
6156 Law".
6257 SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 21 O.S. 2021, Section 13.1, is
6358 amended to read as follows:

168161 of any sentence of i mprisonment imposed by the judicial system prior

197189 convicted of these offenses shall not be eligible for earned cr edits
198190 or any other type of credits which have the effect of reducing the

201193 SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
