26110 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

28111 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
29112 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1076 of Title 47, unless there
30113 is created a duplicatio n in numbering, reads as follows:

32114 Every courier application service, as defined in Section 1071 of
33115 Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall have an agreement with a
34116 restaurant in order to transport for delivery. If no agreement is
35117 in place, the restaurant may file a complaint with the Consumer
36118 Services Division of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. The
37119 Commission shall follow the current protocol and f ine schedule for
38120 violations of this section.
121+SECTION 2. This act shall become effectiv e November 1, 2024.
