53	47		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
54	48		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
55	49		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1011.16 of Title 56, unless
56	50		there is created a duplication in numbering, rea ds as follows:
57	51		A. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority in its annual budget
58		-	request submitted pursuant to Section 34.36 of Title 62 of the
59		-	Oklahoma Statutes shall include a supplemental item reflecting the
60		-	new state and federal funding necessary to meet the addi tional costs
61		-	associated with reimbursing nursing facilities and intermediate care
62		-	facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities at the
63		-	most recent audited cost.
