54 | 57 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
55 | 58 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
56 | 59 | in the Oklahoma Statu tes as Section 2501 of Title 62, unless there | |
57 | 60 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
58 | 61 | A. Except as otherwise provided by this section, no state | |
59 | 62 | revenues, whether derived from taxes, fees, assessments or any other | |
60 | 63 | source or means shall be used knowingly to provide benefits of any | |
61 | 64 | kind to a person who is not authorized pursuant to federal | |
62 | 65 | immigration law to be present in a state or in the United States . | |
63 | 66 | As used in this section, "benefits" shall not be deemed to include | |

103 | 100 | assistance, state funded support or state funded sanctuary status to | |
104 | 101 | a person or persons not lawfully present in the state or not | |
105 | 102 | lawfully present in the United States pursuant to the provisions of | |
106 | 103 | federal immigration law. | |
107 | 104 | C. The provisions of this section shall not restrict the | |
108 | 105 | ability of a person or entity to provide emergency medical services | |
109 | 106 | to a person if the se rvices are required to be provi ded pursuant to | |
110 | 107 | federal law. | |
111 | - | D. The provisions of this section shall not restrict the | |
112 | - | ability of an Office of Attorney General -certified victim service | |
