47	65		An Act relating to motor vehicles; amending 47 O.S.
48	66		2021, Section 15-101.1, which relates to municipal
49	67		regulation of traffic on boundary lines; specifying
50	68		location of certain boundary lines; and providing an

57	75		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
58	76		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2021, Section 15-101.1, is
59	77		amended to read as follows:
60	78		Section 15-101.1 Any city or town may promulgate, a dopt and
61	79		enforce ordinances governing and regulating the operation of motor
62	80		vehicles and other traffic upon roads, streets and highways that
63	81		form the boundary line of such city or town, subjec t to the
64	82		provisions of Section 15 -101 et seq. of this title. When any
65	83		portion of a dedicated road, street , or highway, as dedicated by a
66	84		plat map or deed or Oklahoma Organic Act of 1890 reserved right-of-
	85	+	way, touches the municipal limits of a city or town , the entire
	86	+	portion of the dedicated road, street , or highway shall form the
