73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OK LAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
75	75	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 22-117.2 of Title 11, unless
76	76	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
77	77	The police department of any municipality with a population of
78	78	less than five thousand (5,000) persons, according to the most
79	79	recent Federal Decennial Census, may only issue fifty (50) traffic
80	80	tickets a year.
81	81	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
