75 | 75 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
76 | 76 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
77 | 77 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 22-140 of Title 11, unless there | |
78 | 78 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
79 | 79 | A. Notwithstanding another provision of law, a municipality may | |
80 | 80 | enact and enforce an ordinance, resolution, or regulation | |
81 | 81 | prohibiting the rental of a residential dwelling to a short -term | |
82 | 82 | guest. | |
83 | 83 | B. For purposes of this act: | |
84 | 84 | 1. "Residential dwelling" means any building, str ucture, or part | |
85 | 85 | of the building or stru cture, that is used or inte nded to be used as | |
86 | 86 | a home or residence by one or more persons to the exclusion of all | |
