5146 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5247 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 68 O.S. 2021, Section 2947.2 , is
5348 amended to read as follows:
5449 Section 2947.2 A. For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2 022,
5550 and for each fiscal year thereafter, ten percent (10%) of the
5651 revenue collected pursuant to Section 320 4 of this title shall be
5752 apportioned by the Oklahoma Tax C ommission monthly to the Oklahoma
5853 Cooperative Extension Service for duties imposed on the Extension
5954 Service pursuant to Sections 130.1 through 130.7 and Section 1500 of
6055 Title 19 of the Oklahoma Stat utes and Section 3006 of this title.
6156 B. For the fiscal ye ar ending June 30, 2022, and for each
6257 fiscal year thereafter, eighty -eight and five-tenths percent (88.5%)
6358 of the revenue collected pursuant to Section 3204 of this title

9185 shall be apportioned by the Oklahoma Tax Commission monthly to the

9387 duties imposed pursuant to Sections 281 6 and 2862 of this title
9488 related to any training, support, professional development, and
9589 additional software necessary for county assessors, treasurers and
9690 boards of equalization, and the acquisition and administr ation of a
9791 computer-assisted mass appraisal software system for coun ty
9892 governments; provided, the Oklahoma State University Center for
9993 Local Government Technology may delay the acquisition of such
10094 software until such time as sufficient funds are available.
10195 C. After the computer-assisted mass appraisal software
10296 acquisition is complete and associated costs are paid, any Any
10397 county which elects not to part icipate in the Oklahoma State
10498 University Center for Local Government Technology 's computer-
10599 assisted mass appraisal software system may apply to make request to
106100 and upon such request, shall be refunded from the Center for Local
107101 Government Technology for a refund up to ten percent (10%) of such
108102 county's annual documentary stamp tax revenue appo rtionment received
109103 by the Center for Local Government Techno logy; provided, if
110104 available funds are insufficient for a ten-percent rebate, the
111-percentage shall be adjusted so that rebates may be paid or the
112-actual cost incurred by the requesting county of a computer -assisted
