4455 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
4556 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
4657 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1357.11 of Title 68, unless
4758 there is created a duplication in numbering , reads as follows:
4859 A. The sale of rifle firearm ammunition designed to be used in
4960 connection with hunting deer shall be exempt from the tax imposed by
5061 Section 1354 of Title 68 of the Oklahom a Statutes if:
5162 1. The sales price of the article is less than One Thousand
52-Dollars ($1,000.00); and
53-2. The sale takes place during the period beginning at 12:01
54-a.m. on the Friday before annual deer gun season is to begin, a s
55-determined by the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation, and
56-ending at 12 midnight on the following Sunday, covering a period of
57-three (3) days.
