152 | 152 | | lender's or mortgage broker 's principal place of business or a |
---|
153 | 153 | | remote location, where the licensee o r its employees or independent |
---|
154 | 154 | | contractors maintain a physica l presence for the purpose of |
---|
155 | 155 | | conducting mortgage business ; |
---|
156 | 156 | | 5. "Commission" means the Commission on Consumer Credit; |
---|
157 | 157 | | 5. 6. "Compensation" means anything of value or any ben efit |
---|
158 | 158 | | including points, commissions, bonuses, referral fees and loan |
---|
159 | 159 | | origination fees; |
---|
160 | 160 | | 6. 7. "Depository institution " has the same meaning as in |

161 | 161 | | Section 3 of the Federal Deposit Insu rance Act and includes any |

229 | 229 | | licensed or exempt from licensing as provided in |

231 | 231 | | b. For purposes of this parag raph, the term "clerical or |

232 | 232 | | support duties" may include subsequent to the re ceipt |
---|
233 | 233 | | of an application, the receipt colle ction, |
---|
234 | 234 | | distribution and analysis of information necessary for |
---|
235 | 235 | | the processing or und erwriting or modification of a |
---|
236 | 236 | | loan, to the extent that such communication does not |
---|
237 | 237 | | include offering or n egotiating or modifying lo an |

2168 | 2168 | | the operations of that branch office. The applicant shall submit a |
