BILL NO. 3530 By: Ranson of the House
and
Hicks of the Senate
An Act relating to poor persons; defining term;
directing that child care subsidy rate shall align
with certain grant; directing that family share
copayment shall align with certain grant ; providing
for codification; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Stat utes as Section 151 of Title 56, unless there is
created a duplication i n numbering, reads as follows:
A. As used in this section , "child care subsidy" means the
child care subsidy distributed by the Department of Human Services
through the federal Child Care and Development Block Grant.
B. The child care subsidy rate shall align with the Child Care
and Development Block Grant .
C. The family share copayment shall align with the Child Car e
and Development Block Grant .
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
