6156 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLA HOMA:
6257 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of la w to be codified
6358 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 5087.1 of Title 74, unless there
6459 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
6560 A. There is hereby created the "Oklahoma Enterprise Task
6661 Force".
6762 B. The Task Force shal l consist of the following p ersons:

196-21. Three members of the Oklahoma State Senate to be appointed
197-by the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate.
198190 C. The Task Force shall conduct an organizational meeting not
199191 later than sixty (60) days after the effect ive date of this act.
200192 The Task Force shall be authorized to meet as often as required in
201193 order to perform the duties imposed upon it by law.
202194 D. The Task Force shall not be subject to the Oklahoma Open
203195 Meeting Act, but shall post notice of its meetings at least ten (10)
204196 days in advance on the websites maintained by the Oklahoma House of
205197 Representatives and the Oklahoma State Senate and shall post a
206198 physical meeting notice in a conspicuous location in the Capitol
207199 Building at least ten (10) days prior to e ach meeting.
208200 E. The Task Force may conduct its business with less than a
209201 quorum present except for any action to adopt a final report,
210202 including any minority position reports, which shall require a
211203 quorum of the total membership of the Task Force for approval.
212204 F. The Task Force shall gather information and conduct an
213205 analysis of a best practices method to support infrastructure
214206 development at multiple sites within the state with an emphasis on
215207 the ability to support a minimum of four sites in addition to any
216208 existing sites within the state which support for-profit business
217209 enterprises. The Task Force shall give consideration to supporting
218210 at least one site in each quadrant of the state to be defined as the
211+areas of the state depicted from the intersection of Interstate 35
212+and Interstate 40.

248239 G. The Task Force shall make specific recommendations in its
249240 report which shall be submitted to the Governor, the S peaker of the
250241 Oklahoma House of Representatives, and the President Pro Tempore of
251242 the Oklahoma State Senate not later than December 1, 2025.
252243 H. The provisions of this section shal l cease to have the force
253244 and effect of law on December 1, 2026.
254245 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
255246 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
256247 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act sha ll take effect and
257248 be in full force from and after its passage and approval .
