52	53		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
53	54		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
54	55		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3636.1 of Title 36, unless there
55	56		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
56	57		A. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Uninsured
57	58		Motor Vehicle Non-Payout Policy Act".
58		-	B. The intent of this bill is to take away the right of an at-
59		-	fault party who does not have motor vehicle insurance to sue another
60		-	party.
