55	54		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
56	55		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
57	56		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Secti on 559.1 of Title 57, unless there
58	57		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as foll ows:
59	58		There is hereby created in the St ate Treasury a revolving fund
60	59		for the Oklahoma Department of Corrections to be designated the
61	60		"Oklahoma Department of Correctio ns Prison Rodeo Revolving Fund".
62	61		The fund shall be a continuing fun d, not subject to fisca l year
63	62		limitations, and shall consist of all monies directed for deposit by
64	63		law. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby
65	64		appropriated and may be used for the purpose of restoring,

93	91		rehabilitating, and expanding the prison rodeo arena of t he Oklahoma
94	92		Department of Corrections. Expenditures from said fund shall be
95	93		made upon warrants issued by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections
96	94		and approved by the Offi ce of Management and Enterprise S ervices.
97		-	SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of
98		-	Corrections from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the
99		-	General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
100		-	ending June 30, 2025, t he sum of Eight Million Three Hundred
101		-	Thousand Dollars ($8,300,000.00) to transfer to the Oklahoma
102		-	Department of Corrections Prison Rodeo Revolving Fund created
103		-	pursuant to Section 1 of this act.
104		-	SECTION 3. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.
105		-	SECTION 4. It being immediately necessar y for the preservation
106		-	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
107		-	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
108		-	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
