50	51		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	52		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 21 O.S. 2021, Section 13.1, is
52	53		amended to read as follows:
53	54		Section 13.1 Persons convicted of:
54	55		1. First degree murder as defined in Section 701.7 of this
55	56		title;
56	57		2. Second degree murder as defined by Section 701.8 of this
57	58		title;
58	59		3. Manslaughter in the first degree as defined by Section 711
59	60		of this title;
60	61		4. Poisoning with int ent to kill as defined by Section 651 of

137	140		defined in Section 1021.2, 1021.3, 1024.1, 1024.2 or 1040.12a of

149	152		22. Human trafficking as provided for in Section 748 of this

151	154		23. Domestic assault or domestic assault and battery with a
152	155		dangerous weapon as provided for in paragraph 1 of subsection D of
153	156		Section 644 of this title;
154	157		24. Domestic assault and battery with a deadly w eapon as
155	158		provided for in paragraph 2 of subsection D of Sectio n 644 of this

157	160		25. Domestic abuse committed against a pregnant woman with
158	161		knowledge of the pregnancy as provided for in paragraph 1 or 2 of

186	190		26. Domestic abuse committed against a pregnant woman with
187	191		knowledge of the pregnancy and a miscarriage occurs or injury to the
188	192		unborn child occurs as provided for in paragraph 3 of subsection E

190		-	27. Domestic assault and battery by strangulation as provided
191		-	for in subsection J of Section 644 of this title,

192	194		shall be required to serve not less than eighty -five percent (85%)
193	195		of any sentence of imprisonment imposed by the judicial system prior
194	196		to becoming eligible for considerati on for parole. Persons
195	197		convicted of these offenses shall not be eligible for earned cr edits
196	198		or any other type of credits which have the effect of reducing the
197	199		length of the sentence to less than eighty -five percent (85%) of the
198	200		sentence imposed.
199	201		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
