An Act relating to disabled persons; directing 
certain facilities to post certain information; 
providing for codification; and providing a n 
effective date. 
 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 391 of Title 10, unless there is 
created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
Inpatient and residential-based facilities providing services to 
any child with a disability, as defined in Section 1-1-105 of Title 
10A of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall post, in a publ ic area, contact 
information for Oklahoma' s designated Protection and Advocacy System 
and a statement that the System may be contacted to confidentially 
report incidents of, or suspected incidents of, abuse or negl ect.  
SECTION 2.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 10-104.1 of Title 43A, unless 
there is created a du plication in numbering, reads as follows:

vulnerable adults, as defined in Section 10-103 of Title 43A of the 
Oklahoma Statutes, shall post, in a public area, contact information 
for Oklahoma's designated Protection and Advocacy S ystem and a 
statement that the System may be contacted to confiden tially report 
incidents of, or suspected incidents of, abuse or neglect. 
SECTION 3.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
