54	65		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
55	66		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new se ction of law to be codified
56	67		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3-104.12 of Title 70, unless
57	68		there is created a duplication in numbering, r eads as follows:
58	69		A. Beginning October 1, 2024, the ten state agencies which
59	70		received the highest cumulative funding in the prior year's most
60		-	recent fiscal year budget passed by the Legislature shall compile
61		-	and submit quarterly reports to the Oklahoma House of
62		-	Representatives and th e Oklahoma State Senate detailing all
63		-	expenditures and disbursements made by those ten agencies during the
64		-	preceding quarter.

	98	+	recent fiscal year budget passed by the Legislature shall compile
	99	+	and submit quarterly reports to the Oklahoma Hou se of
	100	+	Representatives and th e Oklahoma State Senate detailing all
	101	+	expenditures and disbursements made by those ten agencies during the
	102	+	preceding quarter.
91	103		B. The quarterly reports shall be submitted within thirty (30)
92	104		days after the end of the relevant qua rter and shall include, for
93	105		each expenditure or disbursement:
94	106		1. The date of the expenditure or disbursement;
95	107		2. The amount of the expenditure or disbursement;
96	108		3. A brief description of the category and purpose of the
97	109		expenditure or disbursement; and
98	110		4. The specific source of funds used for the expenditu re or
99	111		disbursement including, but not limited to, state funds, federal
100	112		funds, grant funds, private funds, or funds from any other source.
101	113		C. The quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Legislature
102	114		in both electronic and hard copy format. The agencies shall also
103	115		publish the quarterly report s on their websites within ten (10) days
104	116		of submitting the report s to the Legislature. Each agency shall
105	117		designate an employee of the agency who can verify the accuracy of
106	118		the quarterly reports and answer any questions about the information
107	119		contained in the report s.
108		-	D. As used in this section, "expenditure" means any payment of
109		-	money made by the agency or the Board in pursuit of its functions
110		-	and duties, regardless of the source of the funds.
