2555 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2756 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
2857 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 325.20 of Title 74, unless there
2958 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

3159 A. In lieu of an automatic fire extinguishing system, portable
3260 fire extinguishers shall be installed in mobile food establishments
3361 that produce smoke or grease -laden vapors. All fire extinguishers
3462 shall be inspected annually by a licensed contra ctor. A Class K-
3563 rated, portable fire extinguisher is required for all cooking
3664 equipment involving solid fuels or vegetable or animal oils and
