| 25 | 55 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |

| 27 | 56 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 28 | 57 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 325.20 of Title 74, unless there | |
| 29 | 58 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |

| 31 | 59 | A. In lieu of an automatic fire extinguishing system, portable | |
| 32 | 60 | fire extinguishers shall be installed in mobile food establishments | |
| 33 | 61 | that produce smoke or grease -laden vapors. All fire extinguishers | |
| 34 | 62 | shall be inspected annually by a licensed contra ctor. A Class K- | |
| 35 | 63 | rated, portable fire extinguisher is required for all cooking | |
| 36 | 64 | equipment involving solid fuels or vegetable or animal oils and | |
