66	66	creating the Promoting Pregnancy Act; requiring
67	67	insurance coverage for certain infertil ity care for
68	68	state employees; specifying terms of coverage;

77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to b e codified
79	79	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1307.4 of Title 74, unless there
80	80	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
81	81	This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Promoting
82	82	Pregnancy Act".
83	83	SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
84	84	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1307.5 of Title 74, unless there
85	85	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
86	86	A. Any insurance plan provided by the Employees Group Insurance
87	87	Division of the Office of Mana gement and Enterprise S ervices, that
88	88	is offered, issued, or renewed in this state on or after the

140	140	effective date of this act, which provides medical and surgical
141	141	benefits, shall provide coverage for infertility care, including but
142	142	not limited to:
143	143	1. An anti-Mullerian Hormone test at the age of twenty -eight;
144	144	2. Transvaginal ultrasound; and
145	145	3. Blood tests for the following:
146	146	a. ABO Group and Rh type and ABORh interpretation,
147	147	b. comprehensive metabolic panel,
148	148	c. complete blood count with automated differenti al,
149	149	d. E2-estradiol,
150	150	e. FSH-follicle stimulating hormone,
151	151	f. LH-luteinizing hormone,
152	152	g. progesterone level,
153	153	h. thyroid analyzer, and
154	154	i. GFR calculation.
155	155	B. Coverage under this section sh all not be subject to any
156	156	annual deductible, copayments, or coinsurance limits as established
157	157	for all covered benefits under the health benefit plan s.
158	158	SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
