7777 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7878 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to b e codified
7979 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1307.4 of Title 74, unless there
8080 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
8181 This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Promoting
8282 Pregnancy Act".
8383 SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
8484 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1307.5 of Title 74, unless there

8686 A. Any insurance plan provided by the Employees Group Insurance

140140 effective date of this act, which provides medical and surgical
141141 benefits, shall provide coverage for infertility care, including but
142142 not limited to:
143143 1. An anti-Mullerian Hormone test at the age of twenty -eight;
144144 2. Transvaginal ultrasound; and
145145 3. Blood tests for the following:
146146 a. ABO Group and Rh type and ABORh interpretation,
147147 b. comprehensive metabolic panel,
148148 c. complete blood count with automated differenti al,
149149 d. E2-estradiol,
150150 e. FSH-follicle stimulating hormone,
151151 f. LH-luteinizing hormone,
152152 g. progesterone level,
153153 h. thyroid analyzer, and
154154 i. GFR calculation.
155155 B. Coverage under this section sh all not be subject to any
156156 annual deductible, copayments, or coinsurance limits as established
157157 for all covered benefits under the health benefit plan s.
158158 SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
