BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to b e codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1307.4 of Title 74, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Promoting Pregnancy Act". SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1307.5 of Title 74, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A. Any insurance plan provided by the Employees Group Insurance Division of the Office of Mana gement and Enterprise S ervices, that is offered, issued, or renewed in this state on or after the Req. An anti-Mullerian Hormone test at the age of twenty -eight; 2. Transvaginal ultrasound; and 3. Blood tests for the following: a. ABO Group and Rh type and ABORh interpretation, b. comprehensive metabolic panel, c. complete blood count with automated differenti al, d. E2-estradiol, e. FSH-follicle stimulating hormone, f. LH-luteinizing hormone, g. progesterone level, h. thyroid analyzer, and i. GFR calculation. B. Coverage under this section sh all not be subject to any annual deductible, copayments, or coinsurance limits as established for all covered benefits under the health benefit plan s. SECTION 3.
