74	74	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
75	75	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new se ction of law to be codified
76	76	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4-101.1 of Title 26, unless
77	77	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
78	78	A. This act shall be known and may be cited as the " Felony
79	79	Voting Rights Notification Act ".
80	80	B. The purpose of this act is to esta blish a collaboration
81	81	between the State Election Board and the Department of Corrections
82	82	to notify individuals convicted of a felony when their voting rights
83	83	have been restored.
84	84	C. The State Election Board and the Department of Corrections
85	85	shall collaborate to establish a notification system. The
