81	77		WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308.3 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma
82	78		Statutes, the Oklahoma State Legislature shall have a joint

84	80		NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES OLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
85	81		AND THE SENATE OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 59TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
