77	77	WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 25 0.2 and 308 of Title 75 of the
78	78	Oklahoma Statutes, the Oklahoma State Legislature reserves the right
79	79	to designate the method for rule promulgation, establish policy,
80	80	determine that a rule is not consi stent with legislative intent and
81	81	approve or disapprove any rule or portion thereof at any time.
82	82	NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
83	83	AND THE SENATE OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 59TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
84	84	SECTION 1. The Oklahoma State Legislature hereby approves all
85	85	proposed permanent rules of the State Department of Education filed
86	86	on or before March 1, 2024 .
