AS INTRODUCED
A Joint Resolution approving proposed permanent rule s
of the State Department of Education; and directing
distribution.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 25 0.2 and 308 of Title 75 of the
Oklahoma Statutes, the Oklahoma State Legislature reserves the right
to designate the method for rule promulgation, establish policy,
determine that a rule is not consi stent with legislative intent and
approve or disapprove any rule or portion thereof at any time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
AND THE SENATE OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 59TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
SECTION 1. The Oklahoma State Legislature hereby approves all
proposed permanent rules of the State Department of Education filed
on or before March 1, 2024 .
