27	48		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	49		SECTION 1. The Director of the Office of Management and
30	50		Enterprise Services shall transfer on the effective date of this
31	51		act, the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) of the
32	52		funds appropriated to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce pursuant
33	53		to Section 1 of Enrolled Senate Bill No. 6 of the 2nd Extraordinary
34	54		Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature to the University Hospitals
35	55		Authority for the purpose of enhancing dent al services for indigent
36	56		patients.

38	57		SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
39	58		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
40	59		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shal l take effect and
41	60		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
