53	46		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
54	47		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
55	48		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3308.1 of Title 70, unless there
56	49		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
57	50		The Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma is her eby
58	51		authorized to establish within the College of Nursing at the
59	52		University of Oklahoma a program for the education, training, and
60	53		graduation of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists. Such program
61	54		shall meet the standards set forth by the Council on Acc reditation
62	55		of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
63	56		SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated to the Health Care
64	57		Workforce Development Revolving Fund, created pursuant to Section
	58	+	697.21b of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes, from any monies not
	59	+	otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State
	60	+	Treasury for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, the sum of Two

92		-	697.21b of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes, from any monies not
93		-	otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State
94		-	Treasury for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, the sum of Two
95	87		Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($2,320,000.00) or so
96	88		much thereof as may be necessary for the purpose of educating,
97	89		training, and graduati ng Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists
98	90		from the College of Nursing at the University of Oklahoma. All
99	91		monies accruing to the credit of s uch fund are hereby appropriated
100	92		and may be budgeted and expended by the Health C are Workforce
101	93		Training Commission for authorized purposes as provided in Section 1
102	94		of this act. Expenditures from such fund shall be made upon
103	95		warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as
104	96		prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and
105	97		Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
106	98		SECTION 3. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.
107	99		SECTION 4. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
108	100		of the public peace, health or safety , an emergency is hereby
109	101		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
110	102		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
